Thank you for considering Courage and Calm Counselling. Reaching out is often the hardest part, and I'm glad you're here.
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about how counselling works, or to arrange an initial assessment appointment. This enables us to discuss the reasons you are thinking of coming to counselling, whether it could be helpful for you and whether I am the right therapist to help.
The best way to contact me is by email at courageandcalmcounselling@outlook.com or by using the contact form below. Please note that I only accept enquiries via email, not by phone or text. I'll get back to you within 48 hours to arrange your free initial consultation or answer any questions you might have.
I look forward to hearing from you and supporting you on your journey towards positive change.
Please note that Courage and Calm Counselling is not equipped to handle emergencies. I do not provide 24-hour crisis intervention.
